La Vista Hotel
The hotel is designed to be a place where guests can come together, relax, and unwind. The first floor of the hotel consists of a restaurant, office, pool area, and conference rooms, all of which are easily visible from the atrium. The middle of the atrium space holds stairs that have an area for seating, allowing guests to stay in the open area to converse, read, relax, and unwind. The floors above have areas where guests can get fresh air and have connecting views through multiple floors.
The facade system of the hotel is designed to provide privacy from the outside while allowing for the ease of looking out to the neighborhood around it. The use of apertures on the outside edges of the building blocks off the glare but welcomes the much-needed filtered sunlight without obstructing the view. The facade wraps the windows of the room to make the room feel more private and truly theirs.
The minimal corridors create less privacy within the center of the building, threading connections from different plans. The rooms are small but roomy with the flexibility to have enough space to make them your own. The hotel's design provides an open and welcoming atmosphere where guests can feel at home.
