A distinctive features of the building is its terrace spaces, which blur the boundaries between public and private areas. These hybrid spaces resemble outdoor living rooms that can be used for a variety of purposes, from studying or playing with friends to hanging up laundry or hosting holiday dinners.
The main building is anchored by a basketball court that provides a gathering place for the entire community. Above the court, there are two classrooms that offer dual language courses to promote cultural understanding and inclusivity. The north end of the building features lunch spots, offices, and a fitness studio with stunning views of the city.
